Merchandise may be returned to CASA BOHÈME for store credit (credit for future purchases from CASA BOHÈME) within 14 days of date of purchase by you, but only if accompanied by an original receipt and if each returned item is in its original condition.
Items bought in store for shipping to the U.S. are not eligible for refund unless there is a damaged item and proof is sent up to 2 days after receiving item. Item must be returned and Casa Bohème is not responsible for return shipping costs .
Furniture and/or any items purchased as a custom order (products that have been ordered specially for you by the CASA BOHÈME team) are non returnable and non refundable and are considered final sale.
